Armando Contreras

Volunteer mentor with Heritage Mentoring Circle

  • 🇪🇸 A Coruña, Galicia, Spain
  • Heritage Mentoring Circle
  • 1978 to 2015
  • Spanish
For 37 years I've mentored people in nursing and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.

More about Armando

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
