For 31 years I've run the athletics program at Kochi Mount Pleasant Sports Club in Kochi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.

What gifts mean to Arjun: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
