I taught mathematics at Jakarta Selatan Girls' School in Jakarta Selatan from 1999 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Arief: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
