I work mostly in textiles, sometimes street art. My first show was in 1992 at The Jakarta Barat Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by folk tales I grew up with. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Arief
I've had 13 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
