I've coached rowing at Toronto Cedar Grove Swimming Club since 2007. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
