I've coached cricket at Los Angeles Liberty Sports Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I play music while people worked. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Ariana: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
