I taught early years at Los Angeles Secondary School in Los Angeles from 1987 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Aria
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Aria: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
