Helping people break into leadership
- 🇬🇧 London, England, United Kingdom
- Phoenix Community Trust
- Since 1994
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,020 people through Phoenix Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Aria
