Araceli N. Ramos
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Kingsway Learning Hub
- Since 2015
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Kingsway Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Araceli
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
