Apio Rose Salim
21 years teaching economics in Likoni
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Likoni Academy
- 2010 to 2021
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a radio technician, and eleven years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I coached the school's football team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Apio
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Apio: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
