Apio Nyambura Githinji
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Unity Gallery
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Old Unity Gallery
- Since 1985
- English
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes street art. My first show was in 1985 at Old Unity Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Unity Gallery, which keeps me honest.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
