Aparecida Viviane Teixeira
Painter, potter and teacher at Old Bayview Studio
- 🇧🇷 Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil
- 1989 to 2022
- English
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes mural painting. My first show was in 1989 at Old Bayview Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Old Bayview Studio, which keeps me honest.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Aparecida
I've had 5 small exhibitions over the years. My favorite was the one with the worst lighting.
What gifts mean to Aparecida: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
