Aparecida Valentina Moraes
Mentor in careers and leadership
- 🇧🇷 Feira de Santana, Bahia, Brazil
- Feira de Santana Mentoring Circle
- Since 2018
- Portuguese, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 390 people through Feira de Santana Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
