For 25 years I've run the volleyball program at São Paulo Athletic Club in São Paulo. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Dar es Salaam.
