Aparecida Luciana Araújo

Painter, potter and teacher at Duque de Caxias Gallery

  • 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Duque de Caxias Gallery
  • 1980 to 2000
  • Portuguese
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1980 at Duque de Caxias Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess. It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

More about Aparecida

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
