For 30 years I've run the volleyball program at Cork Athletic Club in Cork. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
