Aoi Naoko Takeuchi

Environmental science and Spanish teacher, Sapporo

  • 🇯🇵 Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan
  • St. Anne's Middle School
  • Since 2001
  • English, Spanish
St. Anne's Middle School is my second home. I teach environmental science there since 2001, mostly Grade 6. Over the years I've had 600 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Aoi

If you were in my Grade 6 class, you probably remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.

What gifts mean to Aoi: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
