I organize the clean-up crews in Hồ Chí Minh City. About 93 people rely on it every week.
I take the work seriously, though not myself. Small habits keep a team together.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Đào: Any gift will help us cover the hall hire this winter.
