Anyango Upendo Mbwambo
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇹🇿 Dar es Salaam, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
- Little Hope Workshop
- Since 2013
- English
I've worked in auto repair since 2013. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 510 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
More about Anyango
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Anyango: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
