Anyango Hamisi
Design and technology teacher at Kasarani Middle School, 2018 to 2025
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Kasarani Middle School
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I taught design and technology at Kasarani Middle School in Kasarani from 2018 to 2025. Most days I taught Grade 4, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 170 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Anyango
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Anyango: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
