Anwar Zaid Tawfik
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇪🇬 Cairo, Cairo, Egypt
- Little Cairo Workshop
- 1995 to 2015
- English
I'm a bicycle repair specialist. If you live around Cairo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Anwar: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
