For 26 years I've run the baseball program at Aswan Community Club in Aswan. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
