Thatching, done properly
- 🇪🇬 Aswan, Aswan, Egypt
- Little Aswan Shop
- 2006 to 2023
- English
I've worked in thatching from 2006 to 2023. I learned from my uncle and passed what I could on to 560 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I sing in a choir.
What gifts mean to Anwar: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
