I'm a mentor in engineering. I've spent my career as a waiter and now give some of that back.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Anwar
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Anwar: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
