Anwar Benali
Self-taught printmaking artist
- 🇸🇦 Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Little Jeddah Art Collective
- Since 2008
- English, Arabic
I work mostly in printmaking, sometimes digital art. My first show was in 2008 at Little Jeddah Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I also teach a weekly class at Little Jeddah Art Collective, which keeps me honest.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

What gifts mean to Anwar: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
