For 46 years I've run the table tennis program at Ciudad de México Willow Creek Sports Club in Ciudad de México. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
