For twelve years I ran the cycling program at Rio de Janeiro Athletic Club in Rio de Janeiro. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Thank you for stopping by.
More about Antônia
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Antônia: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
