Antonella Grassi
Helping people break into leadership
- 🇮🇹 Rome, Lazio, Italy
- Since 1997
- Italian
For 29 years I've mentored people in leadership and entrepreneurship. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
