Annabelle G. Fleming
Farming mentor, Christchurch
- 🇳🇿 Christchurch, Canterbury, New Zealand
- 2013 to 2024
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Christchurch Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Annabelle
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Annabelle: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
