Anna Sophia Schmitz

Youth basketball coach and mentor

  • 🇩🇪 Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany
  • Essen Queensway Swimming Club
  • Since 2004
  • English
I've coached basketball at Essen Queensway Swimming Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.

What gifts mean to Anna: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
