For 38 years I've run the martial arts program at Birmingham Community Club in Birmingham. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
