Anna Caterina Bianchi
Helping people break into software
- 🇮🇹 Brescia, Lombardy, Italy
- Brescia Association
- 1983 to 2004
- Italian, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 550 people through Brescia Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Anna: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
