I've worked in baking from 1984 to 2022. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 2,050 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Ankit
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
