Ankit S. Tiwari
Self-taught watercolor artist
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Print Workshop
- Since 1981
- English
I work mostly in watercolor, sometimes ceramics. My first show was in 1981 at Mumbai Print Workshop, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by markets and street scenes. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
