Retired English literature teacher from Austin Girls' School

I taught English literature and computer science at Austin Girls' School, Austin. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Anjali
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Anjali: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

you taught me English literature in 2003 at Austin Girls' School. I still remember the time the class pet escaped.
