I coached netball at Gold Coast Athletic Club from 1986 to 2011. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I played music while people worked.
More about Anjali
If you played for me, you probably remember that terrible school play.
What gifts mean to Anjali: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
