I've worked in baking since 2013. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 560 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Anjali: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
