Anitha Shetty
Mentor in teaching and small business
- 🇮🇳 Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India
- 1999 to 2014
- English, Malayalam
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Westbrook Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Anitha: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
