For 31 years I've mentored people in software and teaching. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Anitha: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
