Anitha A. Reddy
Master of painting and decorating, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Surat, Gujarat, India
- Cedar Grove Works
- 2014 to 2025
- English, Tamil, French
My trade is painting and decorating. I opened my own shop in 2014 in Surat and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
More about Anitha
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Anitha: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
