Anita N. Jain
Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India
- Northside Community Trust
- Since 2011
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 540 people through Northside Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
