For 18 years I have been the home economics teacher at Hialeah Secondary School. I teach Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Anita
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Anita: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
