I taught biology at Savar Girls' School in Savar from 2001 to 2011. Most days I taught the youngest children, and I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 510 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Anisur
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Anisur: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
