I've worked in baking from 1997 to 2015. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 560 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Anisur
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
