I organize the neighborhood watch in Malang. About 105 people rely on it every week.
I try to remember everyone's name. Small habits keep a team together.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Anisa
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Anisa: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
