My trade is thatching. I opened my own shop in 1998 in San Jose and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 16 years later for another job.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Anil
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
