I've been a nurse for 15 years, most of them in neonatal care at Andes Regional Medical Center in Mumbai. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
