I coached boxing at Rajshahi Rosewood Youth Club from 2014 to 2023. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
