Helping people break into first-generation students

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 600 people through Rajshahi Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Anika
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Anika: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
