I work mostly in ceramics, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1982 at Birmingham Gallery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by the river near my house. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
